Studio Merchandise   i.e. snowglobes, insert cards

Keep all shipping material and contents you receive.
When you return an item, please return all parts, packaging, and accessories.


Return instructions:
Please return merchandise to your local studio to receive replacement.



Refund Instructions:
If a refund is requested,
Please follow instructions above to return the merchandise.

• If merchandise was purchased with a credit card, we will credit the card that the purchase was made from.
• If merchandise was purchased with cash or a check at a Kmart studio, you will receive a refund at the store.
• If merchandise was purchased with cash or a check in a traditional studio, you will receive a check in the mail within 2-3 weeks from the date we receive your merchandise.
