Studio pre-printed portrait purchase

The Following Will Be Corrected On All pre-printed portraits:
  • Mail Damage
  • Bad positioning of the Olan Mills logo
  • Wrong Subject
  • Misprinting
  • Incomplete or cut-off corners
  • Spots
If you have a correction that is not in the list above, please contact your local studio before returning by clicking HERE

Keep all shipping material and contents you receive.
When you return an item, please return all parts, packaging, and accessories.
Return instructions:
  1. Bring the portraits back to your local studio.
  2. We will rush to replace your order.
  3. The replacement order will be shipped to your home within 2-3 weeks from the date we receive your portraits.
