  3. What should I have received along with my frames?

    See rectangle or oval diagram and inventory sheet.

  4. I cannot seem to find the clips. Where should they be?

    The Clips are stapled to the inside of the folded instruction sheet, in a small plastic bag. If you cannot find them in your package, send us an email and we will mail you some more.

  5. I am experiencing a little difficulty inserting the clips. What can I do?

    Inserting the clips does require a little pressure. See rectangle or oval diagram.

  6. Why is the plexiglass not used with oval portraits?

    All oval portraits are on canvas. The special finish used on the Old Masters canvas portraits could be damaged by the use of the plexiglass.

  7. Should the portraits fit flush to the frame?

    No. There will be a little space between the portrait and the frame.

  8. I received my frames and one of them is damaged or it is the wrong frame. What should I do?

    We will replace it for you at no charge. Simply email us with your order number, the size of the frame, the frame finish, and the frame orientation (whether it is oval or rectangle.) For example, one 8x10 cherry oval.

    We will immediately issue you a replacement frame. In a few days you will receive a postage paid label from us. Use this label to return the damaged or incorrect frame.

    You should receive your replacement frame in about two weeks.
